Another Happy Birthday!

Hello!  I have another birthday card to share today.  It's much brighter and more playful than yesterday's card.  

I started with a Bermuda Bay card base.  The next layer is Crushed Curry.  I used the Scallop Trim border punch on both sides of it.  A layer of Basic Black is next.  Then I stamped the cupcakes from The More the Merrier on Whisper White.  I used the Faux Diamonds technique on the image panel after I colored the cupcakes with my In Color markers.  (You may be able to see the sparkle better if you click on the picture.)  I wrapped a piece of Melon Mambo polka dot grosgrain around the top 2 layers and adhered the piece with dimensionals.  The sentiment is from Happy Moments.
