Summer is almost here!

The end of the school year is just around the corner! I love to give little gifts to the kids (and teachers) in my children's classes. If you're like me and on a budget, something small is just the thing. How about a sour cream container? You can make 4 from 1 sheet of 8.5 X 11 cardstock. Fill them with candy and they make the perfect little treat! You can find a tutorial over at SCS on the resources page. The apple on this one is so sparkly IRL. (Click on the pic for a closer view.) I used the Faux Diamond Dust technique on the white circle of cardstock. There is a tutorial for this over at SCS, too. Don't you just love that site?!
Supplies(all SU!): Stamps- Tart & Tangy. Paper- Summer Picnic DSP, Real Red, Green Galore, Whisper White. Ink- Real Red, Green Galore, Chocolate Chip, Versamark. Accessories- Scallop punch, circle punches, crimper, Real Red grosgrain, Irridescent Ice EP.

Thanks for visiting!
